URL Safety Checker
Paste a suspicious link to check it against 10 well-known phishing heuristics — HTTPS, brand impersonation, look-alike domains, risky TLDs, IDN homographs, link shorteners and more. Analysis runs entirely in your browser.
How this checker works
This tool runs ten well-documented heuristics — based on guidance from the APWG, CISA, and Spamhaus public abuse reports — to flag patterns commonly seen in phishing URLs. It is a first-pass screen, not a full malware scan: a "Low" score does not mean a link is safe, and a "High" score does not mean a site is malicious.
For a real-time blocklist check, paste the URL into Google's Safe Browsing transparency report or VirusTotal. Both are free and check live threat intelligence feeds.
